10.1. DPI Splice Signal Flow<br />

The following figures convey specific details regarding the usage and ordering of the various<br />

messages allowed by this API. The actual usage of API messages may not be limited to<br />

these examples.<br />

1) The Splicer sends a Cue_Request<br />

Message to the Server shortly after the <strong>SCTE</strong><br />

3) At least 3 seconds prior to the intended<br />
