Craig Gurien is director of product management for Insurance & Retirement<br />

<strong>Services</strong> (I&RS) at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). Some of<br />

Craig’s responsibilities include managing and implementing enhancements to the<br />

DTCC insurance suite of products, facilitating industry working groups, and<br />

leading new product initiatives. His most recent launches at DTCC include Web<br />

service products, fund transfers, and insurance attachments. Craig was also<br />

responsible for launching ACATS/IPS, which integrated insurance assets into<br />

DTCC’s Automated Customer Account Transfer Service (ACATS).<br />

craig joined the DTCC in 1999. He has a degree in business administration from<br />

the State University of New York at Albany and an M.B.A. degree from Baruch<br />

College in New York City.<br />

Alex Sauickie has management responsibility for Albridge’s operations, data<br />

quality, and award-winning client services teams. His career includes positions<br />

as director of client services at both The Island ECN, serving as principal for their<br />

trade desk, and Paytrust, ensuring 24x7 service for co-branded Web-based<br />

products to clients of American Express, Citibank, and others. As vice president<br />

of contact center technology at Merrill Lynch, Alex led the content quality team<br />

for ML Direct and was part of the original management team responsible for the<br />

Merrill Lynch <strong>Financial</strong> Advisory Center. Alex holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 65, 63,<br />

and 55 licenses and has been recognized for leadership in the industry by the<br />

International Quality & Productivity Center (IQPC) and ContactCenterWorld.<br />

alex serves on the non-profit boards of trustees for The Kimball Medical Center<br />

Foundation and Chloe’s Causes. He received a Bachelor of Science in marketing<br />

from Trenton State College.<br />
