If the message cannot be processed, it is redelivered based on the maximum<br />
failed deliveries value.<br />
If this value is exceeded, the messaging engine attempts to deliver the message<br />
to the exception destination address. By default, this address uses a destination<br />
that is generic for that messaging engine. The format of the exception destination<br />
is as follows:<br />
