Release cause for last Supplementary Service call (listed in Section 3.4.10, GSM Release cause for Supplementary
Service Call) or last call related use of a Supplementary Service (listed in Section 3.4.11, Proprietary
release cause for Call-related Supplementary Services (CRSS)).

A mobile originated call is rejected by the remote party.
NO CARRIER
Call setup is terminated with NO CARRIER.
AT+CEER
To check the cause, the caller enters AT+CEER.

The Location ID 8 in Section 3.4.1 points to Section 3.4.7, where 21 =
"call rejected". 0 = "no error" refers to parameter that is
not applicable.
EXAMPLE 2
The user attempts to activate call barring, but uses a wrong password.

+CEER: 35,0,38 The Location ID 35 in Section 3.4.1 points to Section 3.4.10, where 38

= "negative PW check" may mean that a wrong password was tried for
the first time. 0 = "no error" refers to parameter that is not
applicable.
