TRANSMISSION OF A S/E REQUEST 1.1 GENERAL Each Standard Exchange request shall be addressed to SAVE GIE offices. SAVE GIE Center Paris New-York Singapore AOG Phone + 33 1 49 75 45 73 + 1 732 494 1011 + 65 6542 20 56 AOG Fax + 33 1 49 75 45 74 + 1 732 494 1012 + 65 6542 30 55 AOG Email aog@save-gie.com aog.us@save-gie.com aog.asia@save-gie.com 1.2 S/E FORM – CUSTOMER'S LIABILITY The S/E form is: • printable from the Helicopter Center of the Thales Group web site (www.thalesgroup.com, click on Business / Avionics Systems / Customer Center) • available on Customer request at the following address "technicaline@fr.thalesgroup.com" The customer fills out a Standard Exchange Request Form to request for a standard exchange unit. This document aims to constitute the Purchase Order (PO) and the contractual link between the Customer and THALES AVIONICS. The customer S/E Request Form is transmitted to SAVE GIE by fax to the one of the three SAVE GIE sites that corresponds to the customer's geographical area. Division Aéronautique Rue Toussaint Catros 33187 – Le Haillan Cedex France Tél. : +33 (0)5 56 13 50 00 Fax : +33 (0)5 56 47 73 22 www.thalesgroup.com Each S/E request form must fulfill with mandatory data as follows: • Customer identification • Type & S/N of the helicopter • Helicopter delivery date & flight hours • P/N & S/N of the unserviceable unit • P/N of helicopter configuration file when applicable • Reason of removal • Shipping address • Customer signature If the S/E form is not compliant with the requested mandatory data, until further information provided by the customer on SAVE GIE request, the S/E request will be kept in stand-by. 2. S/E REQUEST MANAGEMENT BY SAVE GIE For each request received, SAVE GIE will assign a tracking number that will be used as the unique identification for all interchanges between the customer, THALES AVIONICS and SAVE GIE. 3. S/E REQUEST ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY SAVE GIE SAVE GIE acknowledges the customer request within 4 hours following receipt of the request. Basically, the P/N of the equipment to be delivered is the same that the unserviceable equipment P/N. In specific cases, THALES can propose a standard exchange tailored to reach the customer need.
