4. LOGISTIC DELIVERY BY SAVE GIE
The equipment is to be ready for shipment within 24 hours, from the SAVE GIE site corresponding to the
geographical region of the customer. If necessary, SAVE GIE Paris will initiate the delivery and notify the
relevant SAVE GIE site to proceed.
Delivery conditions are FCA Paris / Singapore / New York.
For under warranty S/E, Thales supports delivery shipment cost. The customer supports all costs for the return
of the unserviceable equipment.
5. UNSERVICEABLE UNIT RETURN – CUSTOMER'S LIABILITY
The unserviceable unit is to be returned within twenty (20) days from the delivery of the serviceable unit.
The customer shall return the equipment to SAVE GIE, at the address corresponding to his geographical
region.
