Eligibility Criteria for selection of the agency would be as follows:<br />
1. The agency should have its headquarters in <strong>Gujarat</strong>.<br />
2. The agency should have proven track record / experience in developing and<br />
designing various types of IEC material such as books, brochures, posters,<br />
audio video films, radio jingles etc.<br />
3. The agency must have in-house facilities for studio, photography, recording.<br />
editing, designing etc.<br />
4. The agency should have an average minimum turnover of Rs 1 crore during<br />
the last five financial years (2002-2003 to 2006-2007).<br />
5. The technical and financial bids in separate sealed covers will have to be sent<br />
to <strong>GSWMA</strong>, Block No.16,3 rd floor, Dr.J.M.Bhavan,Gandhinagar , through<br />
registered post/by courier / by Hand.<br />
6. The covers containing financial bids will be opened only with respect to those<br />
agencies which qualify in the technical bids and fulfill the eligibility criteria.
