to be free from rinderpest (cont.)
a description of livestock populations, including wildlife;
the history of rinderpest occurrence in the country and its control;
an affirmation that rinderpest has not occurred for 25 years, that
vaccine has not been used during that time, and that rinderpest is
a notifiable disease;
evidence that in the last 10 years the disease situation throughout
the Member Country has been constantly monitored by a
competent and effective veterinary infrastructure that has
operated a national animal disease reporting system submitting
regular (monthly) disease occurrence reports to the Veterinary
Authority;
the structure and functioning of the Veterinary Services;
the Member Country operates a reliable system of risk analysis
based importation of livestock and livestock products.
