at least 2 years, that vaccine has not been used during that time,
and that rinderpest is a notifiable disease.
The Veterinary Authority has issued orders curtailing the
distribution and use of rinderpest vaccine in livestock.
The Veterinary Authority has issued orders for the recall and
destruction of rinderpest vaccine already issued.
The Veterinary Authority has issued orders restricting the
importation of rinderpest vaccine into, or the further manufacture
of rinderpest vaccine within, the territory under his jurisdiction. An
exception can be made for establishing a safeguarded rinderpest
emergency vaccine bank under the control of the Chief Veterinary
Officer who can demonstrate that no calls have been made on that
vaccine 41 bank.
