This annual report is filed on behalf of WDYZ (<strong>AM</strong>) (“WDYZ” or the “Station”), in<br />
compliance with the FCC’s <strong>EEO</strong> reporting requirements. WDYZ is a <strong>Radio</strong> <strong>Disney</strong> Group, <strong>LLC</strong><br />
owned radio station and is located in the Orlando/Central Florida area. This report includes<br />
