A. Training Programs Designed to Enable Station Personnel to Acquire Skills That Could Qualify Them for Higher-Level Positions Armando Sanchez (Promotions Manager) completed the <strong>Disney</strong> Development Connection course “Management Edge” January -31, 2013. The Station seeks to regularly assess and improve recruitment methods and sources by analyzing their individual effectiveness and making changes as appropriate. 200
