Incentive measures for the establishment of technology and
innovation centres with strategic business support services
In the case of projects on the establishment and development of technology
and innovation centres; the establishment and development of strategic
business support services, incentive measures will be granted for the
following types of projects:
1. Technological development and innovation centres – Development
and innovation of high-tech products and production processes
which enable the exploitation of the development and innovation
activities concerned and improve the production providing for the
enhancement of products, production series, production processes,
and production technologies.
2. Strategic business support services – these can be divided as
follows:
• Customer Contact Centres – all types of call-centres, multi-media
contact centres and other types of customer contact centres focused
on technical support and addressing customers’ problems.
• Shared Services Centres - focused on outsourcing and pooling of
corporate activities of multinational companies in the areas such as:
finances, accounting, marketing, development of human resources
and IT.
• Logistics and Distribution Centres – focused on the establishment
and construction of high-tech logistics and distribution centres
enabling intermodal transport of goods, warehousing, packaging
and handling of goods in order to significantly improve logistics
and distribution activities within business processes and delivery of
goods to local and international customers.
