ncial Statements 40. OPERATING LEASE ARRANGEMENTS 40. (a) As lessor (a) The Group leases certain investment properties (note 15 to the financial statements) under 15 operating lease arrangements, with leases negotiated for terms ranging from one to five years. The terms of the leases generally also require the tenants to pay security deposits and provide for periodic rent adjustments according to the then prevailing market conditions.
