The Group leases certain of its office properties
and printing equipment under operating lease
arrangements. Leases for these properties and
printing equipment are negotiated for terms
ranging from one to two years.
At the balance sheet date, the Group had total
future minimum lease payments under non-
cancellable operating leases falling due as follows:
