What is North Meets South?<br />

North Meets South is an annual event between <strong>the</strong> Sou<strong>the</strong>rn 356CLUB and <strong>the</strong> Nor<strong>the</strong>rn 356CAR group. The 4 day event takes place every<br />
April/early May in <strong>the</strong> San Luis Obispo area with <strong>the</strong> Sou<strong>the</strong>rn group putting it on one year and <strong>the</strong>n <strong>the</strong> Nor<strong>the</strong>rn group putting it on <strong>the</strong><br />
next. Generally, <strong>the</strong>y will get about 150 cars to attend with 300 to 350 people - all 356's! The activities include several different driving tours,<br />
social ga<strong>the</strong>rings, a goodie store, tech sessions, a swap meet and a People's Choice Concours on Saturday Morning with a banquet that evening.<br />
Besides driving <strong>the</strong>se cars <strong>the</strong> way <strong>the</strong>y were meant to be driven <strong>the</strong> Concours is usually <strong>the</strong> highlight of <strong>the</strong> weekend with people bringing<br />
newly restored cars out that haven't been seen in many years. For more information on <strong>the</strong> local 356CAR group people can look at <strong>the</strong><br />
