Dick Tilanus (Chief Executive Officer) – aged 57.
Dick passed away on January 9, 2006. Dick was
appointed Chief Executive Officer of the company on
its formation in March 2005, having joined the graphics
division of Punch International in November 2004. Prior
to this, he spent 30 years at Royal Philips Electronics BV
working in The Netherlands, France, Italy, Japan and Hong
Kong. His career encompassed senior management
positions in operations, business process re-engineering,
change management, supply chain management and
human resources, most recently as senior vice president
of Philips People Services from 2002 to 2004.
Geoffrey Charles White - aged 53.
Geoff was a Managing Director within the W. Canning
plc Group and was Chief Executive Officer of Pressac
plc from 1989 to 2001, where he previously held the
position of Finance Director between 1986 and 1989.
Geoff is currently non-executive Deputy Chairman of
iSoft Group plc and a non-executive of Tekdata
Distribution Ltd. and Tekdata Interconnect Ltd. He is a
Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He was
appointed as Chairman and non-executive director of
Patientline plc on April 3, 2006.

Jan Agnes Jozef Smits

Jan Smits (Chief Financial Officer) – aged 47.
Jan was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the
company on its formation. He joined Punch
International as Financial Director in 1990 and in 1999
became Managing Director whilst retaining responsibility
for finance and administration. Jan was involved
in the initial public offering of Punch International in
1999. He was previously head of accounting at Pluma
Vleeswarenbedrijf and worked in a senior financial role
at Massive International. He graduated as a Commercial
Engineer at the University of Antwerp and Tax Science
at Sint-Aloysius College in Brussels.
Kenneth Humphreys
Non-executive Director

Kenneth Humphreys - aged 59.
Ken spent 35 years with Royal Philips Electronics BV
working in the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria
in a range of senior positions including that of Executive
Vice President of the Consumer Electronics Division.
