Consultancy agreements
The consultancy agreements with the service companies for the provision of management services by the executive
directors are entered into without time limit and may be terminated by either party by a three months’ notice or by paying
equivalent compensation.
Letters of appointment
The letters of appointment of the non-executive directors are entered into for a three year period, can be renewed and may be
terminated by either party on a one month’s written notice.
Reimbursements
The executive directors receive reimbursement for mobile phone costs and travel costs by plane.
The consultancy agreement for management services provides for reimbursement of expenses incurred on company business.
Allowances
The service companies providing management services through the executive directors receive a monthly car allowance
of €1.000.
Save as set out above, there are no existing or proposed service or consultancy contracts between any member of the Group of
Punch Graphix companies and any of the directors.
