Ordering Tickets for BHS students ONLY<br />
1. Pick up Ticket Order Form from Main or Satellite Office OR<br />
download from <strong>Battlefield</strong> Website<br />
2. Carefully and completely fill out the form (Print Clearly)-Include your<br />
homeroom teacher’s NAME AND ROOM NUMBER!<br />
3. Enclose form and payment in envelop and turn in at Main Office<br />
before Oct 7 th deadline.<br />
NOTE: if you are purchasing a ticket for you AND a GUEST that<br />
currently attends BHS include their name on the form as well and money<br />
for TWO tickets. DO NOT write their names unless you are paying for<br />
BOTH tickets.<br />
Dress Code is SEMI-FORMAL<br />
Doors Open at 730 PM<br />
There is a free hat/coat/shoe check in the Auditorium after checkin<br />
FREE Refreshments will be available<br />
There is No Re-Entry, when you leave the building you must leave<br />
campus-no loitering!<br />
BHS PHOTO IDs required for current students; Government<br />
issued or <strong>School</strong> PHOTO IDs required for guests.<br />
