GUEST PROCEDURES
Homecoming Dance 2011

1. Pick up Guest Approval Form from Main or Satellite Office OR download from
Battlefield Website
2. Carefully complete all information in PART A
3. Have your guest take the form to their school/employer to complete PART B; they can
FAX it back to BHS OR you can return it to the Main Office by the October 4 th deadline.
4. The administration will review and sign off on PART C, IF your guest is approved, they
will return a copy of the form to you….
5. ONCE YOU GET IT, then get the special ticket order form for guests, Fill out and return
to the Main Office. ENCLOSE PAYMENT FOR BOTH TICKETS ($50).
NOTE: It is advised that you get the guest form completed as soon as possible so that
you will have time to order your tickets
REMEMBER! MEETING THESE DEADLINES AND FILLING OUT THE FORM
CLEARLY AND COMPLETELY IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
Dress Code is SEMI-FORMAL
Doors Open at 730 PM
There is a free hat/coat/shoe check in the Auditorium after check-in
FREE Refreshments will be available
There is No Re-Entry, when you leave the building you must leave
campus-no loitering!
BHS PHOTO IDs required for current students; Government issued or
School PHOTO IDs required for guests. (ONLY Pre-approved guests)
