NEW BRUNSWICK COMMAND The Royal Canadian Legion Légion Royale Canadienne DIRECTION NOUVEAU-BRUNSWICK PHILLIPs, rupert Chester WWII / Deuxième Guerre mondiale Rupert was born in 1920 in Rusagonis, N.B. He served in the Royal Canadian Army Service Corps with the 5th Canadian Medium Regiment in England. Rupert passed away in 1985. Rupert est né en 1920 à Rusagonis, N.-B. Il a servi dans les rangs du 5e Régiment d’artillerie moyenne canadien en Angleterre. Rupert est décédé en 1985. PICarD, aurèle WWII / Deuxième Guerre mondiale Aurèle was born in Edmundston, N.B. in 1925. He served in the 25th Regiment in the United Kingdom and N.R.M.A in Holland. He was in charge of the Ammunition Depot. They wanted Aurele to stay as corporal and sergeant but he preferred to come back to Canada in the month of October. Aurèle est né en 1925 à Edmundston, N.-B. Il a servi dans les rangs du 25e Régiment au Royaume Uni, et N.R.M.A en Hollande. Il était en Charge du dépôt à Munition. Ils ont demandé à Aurèle de rester comme caporal et Sergent, mais il a choisi de revenir au Canada en Octobre. PLOUrDe, Dorothy Peacetime / temps de paix Dorothy was born in 1942 in Edmundston, N.B. She served Special Duty in Canada, Egypt and Ismailia. She was awarded the UN Medal and the Peace Keepers Medal. Dorothy est née en 1942 à Edmundston, N.-B. Elle a servi au sein service spécial au Canada, et à Ismaïlia en Égypte. Elle a reçu la Médaille de l’ONU et la Médaille du maintien de la paix. www.nb.legion.ca 139
