The provisions of this bulletin do not constitute a contract, expressed or implied, between Lamar
State College-Port Arthur and any applicant, student or faculty member.
The College reserves the right at any time to withdraw courses and to change fees, calendars,
curricula, graduation procedures or any other requirement affecting students. Changes become
effective when the proper authorities so determine the application to both prospective students
and to students already enrolled.
Information in this catalog pertains only to Lamar State College-Port Arthur.
For information concerning the other three Lamar-named schools in the area, consult those
schools’ respective catalogs.

Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (1866 Southern Lane, Decatur,
