The provisions of this bulletin do not constitute a contract, expressed or implied, between <strong>Lamar</strong><br />
<strong>State</strong> <strong>College</strong>-<strong>Port</strong> <strong>Arthur</strong> and any applicant, student or faculty member.<br />
The <strong>College</strong> reserves the right at any time to withdraw courses and to change fees, calendars,<br />
curricula, graduation procedures or any other requirement affecting students. Changes become<br />
effective when the proper authorities so determine the application to both prospective students<br />
and to students already enrolled.<br />
