If you like to bowl, this program is right up your alley!<br />

You will learn basic bowling techniques, rules and<br />

sportsmanship. Fee includes two games of bowling and<br />

shoe rental. An afterschool snack will be provided.<br />

GOALS: Increase gross motor coordination. Develop<br />

and demonstrate understanding of bowling techniques,<br />

such as proper grip, approach, and follow through.<br />

CLUBHOUSE KIDS<br />

Get ready for an afternoon of fun. After school, we will<br />

make a healthy snack and engage in exciting activities<br />

to keep you busy. From arts and crafts to sports and<br />

group games, this program has it all. Please dress<br />

appropriately for indoor and outdoor activities. An<br />

afterschool snack will be provided.<br />

GOALS: Promote socialization between peers during a<br />

variety of recreational activities. Increase independence<br />

and ability to make decisions. Provide an enriching<br />

environment to encourage participation.<br />

CROCODILES<br />

During this one-on-one swim program, we will<br />

introduce basic swim techniques including stroke<br />

development, kicking, and water safety. This program is<br />

intended for children who are still being oriented to the<br />

water and swimming techniques. Participants must<br />

NOT be able to swim one lap of the pool. Participants<br />

may register for only one of the three groups listed<br />

below. Please bring a labeled swimsuit and towel.<br />

GOALS: Feel comfortable in the water. Develop a basic<br />

understanding of swimming techniques. Increase ability<br />

to follow demonstrated one and two step directions,<br />

and increase water safety awareness.<br />

AUTISM MOVEMENT<br />

THERAPY®<br />

Nationally renowned Autism Movement Therapy®<br />

combines structured movement and music that connect<br />

the left and right hemispheres of the brain for a “whole<br />

brain” cognitive thinking approach. Autism Movement<br />

Therapy® provides an opportunity for your child to<br />

exercise and get that much needed oxygen to their<br />

brain. This program is speci�cally for participants<br />

on the Autism Spectrum. Each child is welcome to<br />

bring a sibling or peer buddy, who is in the same age<br />

range, to the program. This person must complete<br />

a registration form but will not be charged. Don’t<br />

forget to sign up for Yoga (page 20), which will run<br />

immediately following this program.<br />

GOALS: Increase social opportunity in a typical,<br />

age-appropriate recreation setting. Increase motor<br />

movement and sensory experiences to promote<br />

behavioral responses.<br />
