Join us in this new program where we will track our
physical progress throughout the season. Each week,
we will focus on improving our muscle tone and cardio
fun, new exercise or workout routine will be introduced
to the group. There will also be a healthy snack at the
end of each program and participants will learn to make
healthy snack choices. At the end of the season, each
participant will be given resources to take home to
continue their workout progress.
GOALS: Improve physical health and mental well-being.
