<strong>Job</strong> purpose<br />
To provide effective <strong>and</strong> efficient administration of the gas servicing contract.<br />
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<br />
• To provide a first point of contact for the client to provide a professional, efficient <strong>and</strong> courteous<br />
service to customers on gas servicing.<br />
• Maintain <strong>and</strong> update the gas servicing database <strong>and</strong> associated paperwork, as required, to<br />
ensure accurate <strong>and</strong> up to date records are kept.<br />
• Provide a first point of contact for liaising with the client to ensure information is provided in an<br />
appropriate format, in a timely manner <strong>and</strong> that accuracy is checked <strong>and</strong> confirmed.<br />
• Review <strong>and</strong> update systems <strong>and</strong> procedures to ensure that the right information is received at the<br />
right time <strong>and</strong> in the right format.<br />
• Research data, prepare statistics <strong>and</strong> provide reports as required to ensure timely <strong>and</strong> effective<br />
information is provided to senior managers.<br />
• Develop effective systems <strong>and</strong> procedures for contacting customers to gain access to carry out<br />
gas servicing <strong>and</strong> develop <strong>and</strong> monitor the effectiveness of new systems or methods, with the<br />
overall aim of ensuring that 100% of all properties due have an up to date service certificate.<br />
• Lead on tenant consultation procedures <strong>and</strong> review <strong>and</strong> develop these to meet current <strong>and</strong> future<br />
needs of customers.<br />
• Give general admin support other members of the JRT to ensure that the goals <strong>and</strong> objectives of<br />
the team are achieved.<br />
• As part of the JRT, to contribute to the overall development of the team objectives, goal setting<br />
<strong>and</strong> team targets to ensure high quality services are provided.<br />
