Band Council<br />

The Band Council is responsible for helping the<br />
director make decisions about the activities of<br />
the high school instrumental music<br />
department. Membership in an organization<br />
such as this one is a remarkable opportunity to<br />
both work as a team and gain individual<br />
recognition, to experience leadership and<br />
follow the lead of others, and to learn<br />
discipline, cooperation and responsibility while<br />
at the same time engaging in a creative activity.<br />

The Classic Rock Club studies and reflects on<br />
popular culture of the 60's-90's by listening to<br />
and discussing the Rock music of those eras;<br />
promoting a sense of community through<br />
music appreciation and discussing historical<br />
events of the popular culture.<br />

in becoming designers, models, make up<br />
artists, photographers, or set designers.<br />
Students will share their passion for style and<br />
learn aspects of the fashion industry.<br />

Offers opportunities for students to attend<br />
motivational and leadership events. Promotes<br />
a better understanding of Latino heritage.<br />
Fundraisers are held in order to attend cultural<br />
museums. The club is also involved in<br />
International Day providing cultural food and<br />
