Adult Water Aerobic Fitness<br />

Mondays<br />

Total Body Aqua-Size – Work your arms, legs, abs <strong>and</strong> back using the<br />

resistance of water, b<strong>and</strong>s <strong>and</strong> barbells. You can make it as challenging<br />

to your body as you want, at the same time relieving your stress (mind<br />

<strong>and</strong> body). Shallow <strong>and</strong> deep water exercises. All fitness levels invited.<br />

H2O Aerobics – Start your week off right with an energizing <strong>and</strong><br />

challenging 45 minute water workout! Water provides a low-impact<br />

environment that allows you to gain strength <strong>and</strong> flexibility without stress<br />

on your joints. We use both shallow <strong>and</strong> deep ends of the pool. C/RE, S<br />

Tuesdays<br />

Aqua Resistance <strong>and</strong> You – Come <strong>and</strong> join us for a morning workout!<br />

Using the water for resistance <strong>and</strong> buoyancy, along with equipment for<br />

suspension <strong>and</strong> resistance, you will strengthen your muscles using the<br />

properties of water. Resistance, interval <strong>and</strong> muscular conditioning<br />

training will be used as well. All fitness levels welcomed. S, F, B, E<br />

Current Channel Challenge – This class offers low impact exercise to<br />

improve strength, flexibility <strong>and</strong> aerobic fitness. The current increases<br />

resistance of the exercises. You’ll tone <strong>and</strong> exercise all parts of the body.<br />

Water shoes advised. C/RE, S, B, C, F<br />

Deep Dynamics – This class is a great way to get a 45 minute workout<br />

without the joint stress. Aqua belts provided <strong>and</strong> may be worn so you can<br />

concentrate on raising your heart rate. You’ll get a cardio workout while<br />

keeping your body afloat. You’ll strengthen <strong>and</strong> tone muscles you didn’t<br />

know you had. C/RE, S, B, C, E<br />

Deep Dynamics Combo – This class is Deep Dynamics meeting both<br />

Tuesdays <strong>and</strong> Thursdays. Enroll in combo class <strong>and</strong> save money!<br />

Aqua Resistance <strong>and</strong> You – See description under Tuesday’s classes.<br />

Water Body Conditioning – This is a great workout for anyone looking<br />

for something new <strong>and</strong>/or challenging! One hour of conditioning<br />

<strong>and</strong> resistance training designed to improve strength, flexibility <strong>and</strong><br />

cardiovascular fitness using the water, buoys <strong>and</strong> resistance b<strong>and</strong>s.<br />

Both shallow (chest deep) <strong>and</strong> deep ends of the pool will be used. A<br />

great way to end your day! C/RE, S, B, F, E<br />

Just for Men Challenge – Challenge your body with aqua barbells, boards,<br />

exercise b<strong>and</strong>s, tethers <strong>and</strong> water. Strengthening, cardio, core <strong>and</strong><br />

resistance work, a total body workout! Come experience the challenges<br />

of exercising in water. Both shallow <strong>and</strong> deep ends of the pools will be<br />

used. C/RE, S, B, C, F<br />

Thursdays<br />

Deep Suspension – Looking for a non-impact workout Join us for a 45<br />

minute all deep water workout. With the use of belts, cuffs, h<strong>and</strong> buoys<br />

<strong>and</strong> other equipment we will build muscle strength <strong>and</strong> increase your<br />

core strength. All fitness levels welcome! S, F, B, E<br />

Dual Aqua Aerobics – Challenge yourself with aqua aerobics in the lap<br />

pool <strong>and</strong> an extreme workout in the current channel (alternating weeks).<br />

A Total body conditioning class for abs, legs, <strong>and</strong> arms using noodles,<br />

b<strong>and</strong>s <strong>and</strong> balls. Variety is the spice of life <strong>and</strong> this class has it! All<br />

fitness levels welcome. Water shoes advised. S, C, B, C/RE, F<br />

Saturday<br />

Weekend Wake Up <strong>and</strong> Work Out – Get moving in the current channel<br />

(forwards, backwards, sideways) with <strong>and</strong> against the current. All<br />

parts of your body will be worked using the resistance of the water<br />

plus noodles, paddles, barbells <strong>and</strong> boards. Water shoes advised.<br />

Holiday: Weekend Wake Up <strong>and</strong> Work Out – Keep your energy up <strong>and</strong><br />

your stress down this holiday season. Total body workout in lap pool<br />

using the water’s resistance plus b<strong>and</strong>s, buoys, balls, paddles <strong>and</strong><br />

other equipment. A great way to start your busy holiday weekends!<br />

Sunday<br />

Aqua Accelerate – A medium intensity aqua-fit class designed to get the<br />

heart rate up <strong>and</strong> the body toned. Exercise will focus on cardio health<br />

<strong>and</strong> endurance while improving strength, flexibility, muscle reflex <strong>and</strong><br />

coordination. Flotation aids <strong>and</strong> resistance equipment in combination<br />

with music will be used in deep <strong>and</strong> shallow water. C/RE, S, F, E<br />

Senior <strong>and</strong> Rehab<br />

Aerobic Fitness<br />

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays<br />

Bodies in Motion: Current Channel – A low-impact, full body workout<br />

walking with <strong>and</strong> against the current. Great for muscle, bone <strong>and</strong> joint<br />

rehabilitation. Class is 45 minutes; walk on your own for the last 15!<br />

Wednesdays <strong>and</strong> Fridays<br />

Bodies in Motion: Aqua Aerobics – Using the water’s resistance, firm<br />

<strong>and</strong> strengthen your body with this non-rebounding, low impact routine.<br />

A total body workout for anyone interested in a non-choreographed,<br />

shallow water program. B, C, R, A<br />

Bodies in Motion: Combo Aerobics – This class is Bodies in Motion:<br />
