PRESCHOOL<br />
A note on Preschool <strong>Programs</strong>:<br />
CHILD MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF PROGRAM<br />
BY PROGRAM START DATE.<br />
*Please do not drop off your child prior to designated class<br />
time <strong>and</strong> be prompt in picking up your child.<br />
You may register for more than 1 session during the<br />
registration period.<br />
** Please note: When registering for a program that requires<br />
enrollment of both parent <strong>and</strong> child, it is imperative that<br />
both names appear on the registration form.<br />
Preschooler <strong>and</strong> Parent Drop In Gym<br />
Ages:<br />
Content:<br />
1-5 years (infants in arms permitted)<br />
Playtime in the gym for adults <strong>and</strong> children ages 1-5 years<br />
(infants in arms permitted). Colorful equipment to climb<br />
on, balls <strong>and</strong> fun activities. Dry sneakers <strong>and</strong> comfortable<br />
clothes are required. PLEASE NOTE: PROGRAM NOW OPEN<br />
MONDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHTS!<br />

$3.00/child, no charge for parent or guardian (non-residents,<br />
if space allows, $4.25). 10X stamp passes available for<br />
residents ($27.00) <strong>and</strong> non-residents ($38.00).<br />
All children participating in Drop-In Gym program must pay<br />
fee at registration desk.<br />
For your child’s health <strong>and</strong> safety, the preschool gym<br />
equipment is sanitized for daily use.<br />

Wee Care<br />

Ages: 1-6 years (children must be walking)<br />
Days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)<br />
Dates: 9/4-1/10 (ex. 10/14, 11/11, 11/27, 11/28, 11/29, 12/16-1/3)<br />
Times: 8:30 AM-1:00 PM*<br />
*If you need child care for a class from 1:00-2:30 PM, please<br />
make arrangements with Wee Care staff in advance.<br />

Content: Supervised playtime activity. Leave your child with us<br />
while you shop, have a meal with a friend or join one of our<br />
<strong>Perinton</strong> <strong>Recreation</strong> classes. Space is subject to availability.<br />
Reservations are confirmed on a first-called, first-served<br />
basis. A registration form with medical information is<br />
required before participation. Pre-registration is required<br />
to guarantee a space. Call 223-5050, ext. 1152, 8:30 AM-1:00<br />
PM, Monday-Friday, to register for a time slot. Children must<br />
be at least 12 months old <strong>and</strong> walking.<br />
Cost is $4.50 per hour (non-residents, $5.50 per hour). Punch<br />
passes are available.<br />
Residents: $40 for 10 hours, same family, second member<br />
discount, $25 for 10 hours if purchased at the same time.<br />
Non-residents: $50 for 10 hours, same family, second<br />
member discount, $35 for 10 hours if purchased at the same<br />
time.<br />
Times are calculated in ½ hour increments.<br />
PLEASE NOTE: If diapers are required, adults are requested<br />
to supply extra diapers, wipes <strong>and</strong> a change of clothing. If<br />
child is being potty trained, replacement clothes <strong>and</strong> undies<br />
are requested. Please do not bring your child if they are<br />

All Aboarddd….. WEB<br />
Ages: 3-6 years**<br />
Content: Are you a train enthusiast Come ride the railroad express<br />
<strong>and</strong> join in the fun, as we explore all things trains through<br />
puzzles, stories, crafts <strong>and</strong> games.<br />

American Girl Day WEB<br />
Ages: 3-6 years**<br />
Content: Join us as we create fun accessories for your American Girl<br />
doll or any favorite doll/plush. Bring your favorite doll to join<br />
in stories, games <strong>and</strong> a doll tea party.<br />

Baby Sing, Sign & Play WEB<br />
Ages: 6-24 months (parent participation required)<br />
Content: Back by popular dem<strong>and</strong>. Each class will have a theme.<br />
We will use songs, books <strong>and</strong> other playful activities to<br />
teach you <strong>and</strong> your hearing baby how to use simple ASL<br />
signs to communicate….while having fun. Research shows<br />
that babies who sign speak sooner, are less frustrated,<br />
communicate better, have larger vocabularies <strong>and</strong> have<br />
higher IQ’s.<br />
