Nut-n-Fanci Café<br />

Join us for lunch at the Nut-N-Fanci Café.<br />

Chef Barbara Gill is preparing a delicious lunch<br />

that includes soup or salad, entrée, dessert<br />

<strong>and</strong> beverage. Why not take a break,<br />

have lunch <strong>and</strong> stay for one of our various<br />

activities The café serves lunch<br />

Monday, Tuesday <strong>and</strong> Wednesday at 12:00.<br />

The first <strong>and</strong> third Thursday of the month,<br />

Breakfast is served at 9:30 AM.<br />

One special Thursday a month, celebrate<br />

your birthday <strong>and</strong> special occasions.<br />

Cost is $4.00 <strong>and</strong> up.<br />

Improve cardiovascular fitness, increase<br />

range of motion, improve circulation,<br />

muscular strength, <strong>and</strong> general endurance.<br />

Stretch-n-Strengthen<br />

Time: 10:15am-11:00am<br />

Monday - Wednesday - Friday<br />

Stretch <strong>and</strong> strengthen exercises help<br />

slow the aging effects of osteoporosis <strong>and</strong><br />

loss of motion. Through a well-planned<br />

stretching program, you will increase<br />

your strength <strong>and</strong> range of motion through<br />

greater pain-free areas.<br />
