is to introduce the environment and culture
programme of Beautification, Education, Food
Security and Poverty Alleviation with the Limpopo
EPWP implementation Framework, thus
benefiting targeted poor people.
At the same time, these young people are
provided with skills which they can use to enhance
their marketability, chart a career path, gain
working experience and earn a living. Once they
have successfully completed the programme they
will receive certificates that they have completed
Department made provision of all the necessary
tools, equipment and protective clothing for all the
beneficiaries throughout the three month term of
the programme.
RM: When did it start
MT: In terms of the Business plan the program was
supposed to have started during November 2007
but due to some delays it only commenced in
January 2008 and terminated on 15 March 2008.
RM: Who does it seek to benefit
MT: The program is aimed at attaching 500 young
