Ar val Composite floor decks Cofraplus 60 GEOMETRIC CHARACTERISTICS Pre-painted surface d Thickness of the concrete slab from 100 to 280 mm 58 207 101 62 1035 APPLICATIONS Cofraplus 60 is an open rib trapezoidal and nestable composite floor deck used for the construction of concrete slabs. Cofraplus 60 avoids removal of formwork, reduces the dead weight of the floor and saves one layer of steel reinforcement. DEFINITIONS / STANDARDS Steel specification • Standard NF EN 10326 : “steel bands and sheets for construction with hot-dip coating”. • Standard XP P 34-301 : “steel bands and sheets for construction, galvanised pre-painted or coated with an organic calendereed construction industry grade film”. • Standard EN 10169-3 : “Flat products in steel continuously coated in organic material (pre-painted) - part 3 : product for interior applications in the construction industry”. • Steel : S350 GD in accordance with standard NF EN 10326. Formwork Cofraplus 60 serves as load-bearing formwork, between joists for laying without props, or between lines of props and joists. Its lightness faciliates the handling of large floor decks delivered up to a length of 15 metres. Steel reinforcement The lateral notching binds to the concrete to form a composite floor slab. As a steel reinforcement, Cofraplus 60, in 0,75 mm thickness adds 10,29 cm 2 /ml or 13,91 cm 2 /ml of steel with a thickness of 1,00 mm in the span direction of the floor. EN 10169-3 • For other coatings contact us. Cofraplus 60 is specially designed for structures with moderate live loads and medium spans. Flooring over crawlspaces must be accessible and ventilated. Versions Three versions are available : • The standard version is called COFRAPLUS 60. • The version specially adapted for use as a composite beam with Hilti or Nelson type conncetors fitted across the steel floor deck is called COFRAPLUS 60 : special fabrication on request. COFRAPLUS 60 C (bottom of rib connector version) • COFRAPLUS 60 can be prepunched to enable welded studs to be fitted in the workshop. This version is called COFRAPLUS 60 P : Study and fabrication on request. (up to a thickness of 1,00 mm).
