Current situation:
When several segments are present in the PNR, at end of transaction the system checks whether
one SSR CBBG/EXST is present which allows the PNR to be end transacted with one SSR
request for one segment (which is segment and passenger associated) but not for the other
segments:
Future situation (from 9 January 2007):
When an EXST or CBBG exists in the name element, the system will at time of end of transaction
check that the corresponding SSR exists for each active flight segment present in the PNR,
otherwise it is rejected with error response:
RESTRICTED: NEED SSR EXST or NEED SSR CBBG
