Nadcap Customer Support Initiative
(NCSI)
The Nadcap Customer Support Initiative (NCSI) is a free, web based training
program designed to teach suppliers more about the Nadcap process. The training
reviews many topics including: audit preparation, a review of Nadcap Operating
Procedures, information on common findings, Root Cause advice and more.
To better support the Nadcap supplier community, the Nadcap Customer Support
Initiative (NCSI) training is now available online. This means greater flexibility and
availability for suppliers, who can benefit from the information at their convenience.
The presentation is available on www.eAuditNet.com under Public Documents in
the General Document section or on www.pri-network.org under Nadcap in the
Supplier Info section.
After reviewing, if a supplier has any questions regarding the presentation, they may
contact a member of the Global Scheduling team.
Prime Orientation & Tutorial
All new Prime participants are advised to attend the Nadcap Prime Introduction at
8:00 a.m. on Monday, October 20. The tutorial is a general Nadcap presentation
geared toward Primes. It gives the audience an overview of the structure and
functionality of the Nadcap program. It also gives the audience the opportunity to
ask general Nadcap questions.
Supplier Orientation & Tutorial
All new Supplier participants are advised to attend the Nadcap Supplier Introduction
at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 21. The tutorial is a general Nadcap presentation
geared toward Suppliers. It gives the audience an overview of the structure and
functionality of the Nadcap program. It also gives the audience the opportunity to
ask general Nadcap questions.
