Women’s World A new three-part series on the role of women in war and peace challenges the conventional wisdom that those terrains are men’s domain. Women, War & Peace reveals how the post-Cold War proliferation of small arms has changed the landscape of war, creating a time when women are both suffering unparalleled casualties while simultaneously emerging as necessary partners in brokering lasting peace. Five people were killed and the nation was terrorized. seven years later, the most complex investigation ever undertaken by the FBi ended when the agency identified Army scientist dr. Bruce ivins as the sole perpetrator of the attacks—after ivins had taken his own life. now, new questions are being raised about the FBi’s investigative methods and whether ivins really was behind the attacks. WGBH’s Frontline, in a co-production with ProPublica and mcClatchy newspapers, takes a hard look at the FBi’s investigation of the country’s most notorious act of bioterrorism.
