(Administration & Finance)<br />

Responsibilities<br />

In this position you will report to the <strong>Senior</strong> Manager (Finance, Procurement &<br />

Corporate Planning) and be responsible <strong>for</strong> processing and implementing financial and<br />

corporate planning activities.<br />

Specific responsibilities include:<br />

1. Preparing and provide inputs and reports <strong>for</strong> WDA Finance & Admin Division (FAD)<br />

including, revenue reconciliation, journals, grant disbursement.<br />

2. Providing support on day-to-day finance processes including invoicing, verifying<br />

collection memo (checking of daily collection amount and sending to WDA FAD) and<br />

ensure that they are per<strong>for</strong>med accurately and on a timely basis.<br />

3. Ensure that monthly accounts receivable aging report are updated and submitted to<br />

WDA (FAD) on a timely basis. Monitor the aging report to ensure collections are<br />

managed effectively.<br />

4. Timely processing of all account payable activities such as processing all invoice<br />

payments, verifying refund request <strong>for</strong>ms, raising grant disbursement claims etc.<br />

5. Prepare monthly revenue report to WDA (FAD).<br />

6. Prepare monthly budget reports comprising utilization data, funds disbursement, and<br />

cashflow positions to facilitate the monitoring of IAL budget.<br />

7. Support & administrate IAL Corporate activities & Work Plan.<br />

8. Support management in per<strong>for</strong>mance management and reporting systems (e.g.<br />

management dashboard) and business analytics processes to track corporate<br />

per<strong>for</strong>mance and strategy implementation.<br />

9. Assist the <strong>Senior</strong> Manager in setting per<strong>for</strong>mance and service standards and develop<br />

KPIs to track key per<strong>for</strong>mance areas <strong>for</strong> IAL.<br />

10. Assist the <strong>Senior</strong> Manager to drive organizational development programmes and<br />

initiatives to drive organizational excellence at IAL.<br />

11. Provide secretariat support <strong>for</strong> key Management Meetings<br />

12. Any other duties assign by supervisor.<br />

Requirements<br />

1. A diploma/degree in accountancy and/or professional qualifications in a relevant field.<br />

2. At least 3 years experience in accounting and financial management/corporate<br />

planning/development or business analytics.<br />

3. A high level of expertise with Microsoft Word and Excel.<br />

4. Sound analytical skills and good written and verbal communication.<br />

5. Capacity to work independently.<br />

6. Ability to work with and relate to internal and external stakeholders.<br />
