The Permanent Magnetic <strong>Lift</strong>er can be used in a variety of industries for the transportation and lifting of steel, engine parts,<br />
semi manufactured goods and moulds.<br />
Due to its magnetic force there is no need to use slings, clamps, or other holding devices eliminating damage to the surface of lifted goods.<br />
• Light weight from 10 – 125kg<br />
• No electricity is needed, once operated there is less that 1% residual magnetism<br />
• Safe and simple locking arm with safety button allows for one hand operation<br />

How to determine the right type of Magnetic <strong>Lift</strong>er for your application<br />
• The capacity of the lifting magnet is determined by the thickness and surface quality of the component<br />
• Before operation it is necessary to find out the steel and surface roughness and consult the following charts<br />
If the component that you are lifting has a surface roughness (Ra) of less than 6.3 um, the lifting capacity will be 100%<br />
however please check the material thickness and consult the charts.<br />
