Room flow analyses
for industrial applications.
In a 200 m² area of the R&D centre, we analyse ventilation components designed for industrial and
events halls. The 12 m ceiling height allows us to install and operate the components under realistic
installation conditions. For example, this means we can create a precise replica of flow behaviour during
cooling operation or penetration depth during heating operation, for new developments and project
applications. The range of installation options available also allows us to investigate the impact of
several diffusers operating together. The tower is supplied with up to conditioned air at up to
10,000 m³/h via the climate simulation system.
Constructing prototypes
and test benches.
The mechanical workshop in the air conditioning laboratory allows us to manufacture and install prototypes
independently as part of developing new products. The metal and electrical workshop areas allow
simple test models, test benches and product applications to be created.
