Course Materials
and Textbooks
Students are now responsible for obtaining the
required instructional materials for each course
they take. This has always been true for textbooks,
and is now also required for the bound readers that
serve as texts in many courses. Course materials
are available via direct order, for a modest fee, from
our vendor, Content Management Corporation (CMC).
Six days prior to the first session of each
course, enrolled students will receive an
e-mail from CMC with ordering information.
Students should order their materials in time to
bring them to the first class meeting. For details,
go to: ucsc-extension.edu/course-materials.
For detailed information about required and
recommended textbooks, refer to the full course
descriptions on our Web site. Purchasing information
can be found at: ucsc-extension.edu/bookstore.
