NOILE TEHNOLOGII ÎN FORMAREA ŞI UTILIZAREA LISTELOR ELECTORALE. EVOLUŢII ŞI PERSPECTIVE
and finally have this single register of voters. The fact that we have to use in this
regard new information technologies reveals a problem that we have to regulate
and this problem concerns the interaction between the CEC and the Ministry of
Information Development with regard to the database of citizens entitled to vote.
I am absolutely sure that through communication, and I hope it is an effective
one, in the near future we will identify the solutions to overcome this barrier,
once again, which I consider to be a technical one.
Finally, I once again want to thank those who have managed to come despite the
weather conditions, to express my hope that as a result of this Conference we will
have solutions to some of the problems we have and, through communication,
and primarily through action, we will do everything possible so that in Moldova
citizens can elect freely, in adequate conditions, in such a way that we have a
state that has a representative and legally constituted power.
