On 10/18/2010 Detective Martin Greenberg and Inv Jasper Saunders interviewed<br />

staff and personnel from the Pleasantville Volunteer Ambulance Company regarding<br />

medical assistance and transportation rendered to individuals at the scene of this<br />

incident. <strong>The</strong> address for Pleasantville Volunteer Ambulance Company is 30<br />

Grammercy Place, Thornwood, N.Y. (914-769-9299)<br />

Initially contacted was Gail Wind (Captain) who telephonically arranged the<br />

availability of Greg Wind (Board of Directors member) and Roger Lemcke (Vice<br />

Chairman) to meet us at their building location. While at Pleasantville Volunteer<br />

Ambulance Company both Greg Wind and Roger Lemcke were interviewed. Both<br />

individuals provided details of their agencies dispatch to the noted scene, medical<br />

assistance rendered, personnel involved and vehicles utilized. For a complete listing<br />

of Pleasantville Volunteer Ambulance Company personnel assigned (14), their<br />

assignments and vehicles involved (3 ambulances & 1 fly-car); see the attached<br />

depositions, reports and the information below.<br />

Detective Greenberg conducted an interview of Greg Wind and Inv Saunders<br />

interviewed Roger Lemcke. Both individuals were deposed. Depositions were<br />

provided to this case’s lead desk investigator with copies attached to this lead.<br />

While at the Pleasantville Volunteer Ambulance Company interviewing Wind and<br />

Lemcke 8 additional personnel arrived and were also interviewed. Each individual<br />

provided details of that evening, their dispatch, assignment, duties, ambulance<br />

company vehicles utilized, the co-workers they worked with, conversations heard (if<br />

any) and observations seen at the scene, etc.<br />

Supporting depositions were obtained from each of the arriving individuals. Each<br />

deposition was turned over to this case’s lead desk investigator with copies attached<br />

to this lead.<br />

A total of 14 Pleasantville Volunteer Ambulance Company (PVAC) members are<br />

reported as having been involved; the following 8 were interviewed and deposed on<br />
