VISION<br />
1.To create a permanent national institution within<br />
the Human <strong>Resource</strong> Development Division with the<br />
capacity to design, produce,distribute and evaluate<br />
this impact <strong>of</strong> health learning materials (HLM)<br />
targetted at health service tutors,staff in <strong>of</strong>fice<br />
and trainers (students). 2.To set up well organised<br />
regional and health training institutions-based<br />
reource centres. To ensure a supply <strong>of</strong> categories <strong>of</strong><br />
health personnel with the necessary pr<strong>of</strong>essional<br />
and technical excellence and motivation for<br />
adequate disease prevention,appropriate care and<br />
health protection and promotion.<br />
