Lun, a Chinese court official, in 105 AD. He<br />

in the USA. Global production of paper and<br />
board is close to 380 million tons annually<br />
(source: VDP, 2006). This would be enough<br />
to produce 661 billion copies of this annual<br />
report – if you were to stack these copies one<br />
on top of the other, the pile would be more<br />
than five million kilometers high.<br />
