A group that works for the preservation and restoration of the
Fennel Creek Watershed. Founded in 2004, supporters organize
tours and meetings and participate with local, county and state
jurisdictions, community groups and experts in raising awareness
for the eight-mile long watershed.
Greater Bonney Lake Historical Society

A nonprofi t organization founded in 2001 to preserve and promote
the history of the Bonney Lake area. Meets the last Monday of
each month at the Bonney Lake Library. Current projects include
the erection of highway signs designating local historical sites and
the production of a wall calendar with historical photos.
Kiwanis Club of Bonney Lake

The club’s main objective is to give primacy to the human and
spiritual values of life. Efforts are directed toward the needs of
children as well as senior citizens. Specifi c projects change; main
fundraiser is an annual Scholarship Golf Tournament in June at
Tapps Island Golf Course, to benefi t Bonney Lake High School
students. Meetings are held on Tuesday mornings at 7:00-8:00
am, at the Bonney Lake Senior Center.

Purpose is to bridge the gap between Prairie Ridge youth, families
and seniors with the surrounding schools, cities, organizations and
resources; to identify, plan and coordinate programs that serve
local needs; to create sustainable programs for youth; and to build
capacity to serve the community. Meetings are held the 2 nd Monday
of each month at 11:30 am, at the Prairie Ridge Community
Center (14104 Prairie Ridge Drive).
