ELECTRICITY [CH.194 – 19<br />
(3) After the end <strong>of</strong> each financial year, as soon as<br />
the accounts <strong>of</strong> the Corporation have been audited, the<br />
Corporation shall cause a copy <strong>of</strong> the statement <strong>of</strong> account<br />
to be transmitted to the Minister together with a copy <strong>of</strong><br />
any report made by the auditors on that statement or on the<br />
accounts <strong>of</strong> the Corporation.<br />
(4) <strong>The</strong> Minister shall cause a copy <strong>of</strong> every such<br />
statement and report to be laid on the table <strong>of</strong> both Houses<br />
<strong>of</strong> Parliament.<br />
25. (1) <strong>The</strong> Corporation shall, as soon as practicable<br />
after the end <strong>of</strong> each financial year, cause to be made and<br />
transmitted to the Minister a report in such form as the<br />
Minister may, from time to time, direct dealing generally<br />
with the activities <strong>of</strong> the Corporation during the preceding<br />
year.<br />
(2) <strong>The</strong> Minister shall cause a copy <strong>of</strong> every such<br />
report to be laid on the table <strong>of</strong> both Houses <strong>of</strong><br />
Parliament.<br />
26. <strong>The</strong> Corporation shall be liable to such duties<br />
under the Tariff <strong>Act</strong> as specified in the First Schedule in<br />
respect <strong>of</strong> any <strong>of</strong> the items specified in the First Schedule<br />
which are imported for use by the Corporation.<br />

27. In this Part <strong>of</strong> this <strong>Act</strong>, unless the context<br />
otherwise requires —<br />
“public undertaking” means any installation which<br />
was, immediately before the commencement <strong>of</strong><br />
this <strong>Act</strong>, the property <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Government</strong> or was<br />
vested in any person for and on behalf <strong>of</strong> such<br />
<strong>Government</strong>, and was operated by or on behalf<br />
<strong>of</strong> such <strong>Government</strong>, for the supply <strong>of</strong> energy to<br />
the public and for <strong>Government</strong> purposes;<br />
“transferred undertaking” means any installation<br />
vested in the Corporation by section 28 <strong>of</strong> this<br />
<strong>Act</strong>.<br />
