The Office of Excellent Students: - Founded in June 2009 with the Faculty Council Approval in June 2009 The office objectives: • Providing academic, social and psychological support to excellent students. • Designing programs for these students to help them to develop their leadership and research skills. • Encouraging them to participate in and attend some committees and use their opinions to develop the education process. • The staff: o Prof. Nadia El Feky / Vice Dean for Undergraduate Education and Students Affairs / President. o Prof. Dr. lamis Al Raay / Psychology Professor / Member. o Prof. Dr. Hanaa Al Degwi / Internal Medicine Professor / Member. • A meeting was held with some excellent students who were honored by the faculty administration, during the excellent students' party in February 2009, in order to introduce them to the office and its objectives. • The International Students Office: o Prof. Nadia El Feky, the Vice Dean for Undergraduate Education and Students Affairs, founded the International students' office in December 2007; it was approved by the faculty council in December 2007. • The Office Objectives: o Taking care of the international students and solving their problems, especially the new comers. o Selection of two representative students from each country to represent their issues to the office. o Supporting the Malaysian students who are studying according to the Malaysian agreement. o Facilitating the international students' accommodation with the faculty environment through coping with the academic process and participating in the different students' activities. 28

The international students office had came up with an unprecedented activity which is "The first and the second festival for international students". 29
