The First International Student's Festival for<br />
<strong>Kasr</strong> <strong>Al</strong> <strong>Ainy</strong> Medical <strong>School</strong><br />
(19, March, 2008)<br />
• Under the supervision <strong>of</strong> the Vice Dean for Education, and the bureau<br />
<strong>of</strong> the delegated staff, the students organized the first international<br />
students festival in <strong>Kasr</strong> <strong>Al</strong> <strong>Ainy</strong> on the 19 th <strong>of</strong> March 2008.<br />
• Students from eleven countries participated in the festival, these<br />
countries are Syria, Palestine, Jordan, Yemen, Sudan, <strong>Al</strong> Bahrain,<br />
Quatar, Iraq, Malaysia, Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia.<br />
• The students displayed their countries' products, including national<br />
costumes, periodicals, food and currencies … etc, in tents that were<br />
established in the morning in front <strong>of</strong> the conferences hall.<br />
• In the evening, the students presented cultural movies about their<br />
countries and live shows on stage. More than 1200 students attended<br />
the festival, in addition <strong>to</strong> many Ambassadors and the Embassies'<br />
Cultural Counselors.<br />
