The museum will reveal everything about the owners of<br />
this ancient castle, especially the Draškovićs, who made<br />
this castle so beautiful and attractive. Here you can see<br />
portraits of Juraj and Karlo Drašković, known as excellent<br />
photographer of their time. All visitors are amazed with<br />
the view from the castle, unfolding itself over green hills<br />

Although the castle has its permanent collection,<br />
still, there are possibilities for congresses,<br />
concerts and seminars to be held; many<br />
soap operas and spots were shot there. If you<br />
want a dream wedding, Trakošćan will make<br />

Mravlinčić explains that the castle comprises four storeys:<br />
low and upper ground floor, first and second floor.<br />
The low ground floor, which is not completely renovated,<br />
comprises of kitchen, armoury, storeroom and workshop,<br />
and, of course, a dungeon, unavoidable in the<br />
times of knights.<br />
As Ivan Mravlinčić says, next year they plan to exhibit a<br />
genuine kitchen of that time, now in a state of reconstruction;<br />
the inside of the dungeon will be available<br />
for visitors, too. Now a collection of armour with more<br />
than 200 pieces of knighthood armour is displayed. This<br />
is one of the most significant collections of the kind. The<br />
