In spring <strong>2011</strong>, <strong>Haldex</strong> started to deliver the new<br />
design of air disc Brakes, Modult, to SaF-Holland.<br />
the brakes are manufactured at the <strong>Haldex</strong> plant<br />
in landskrona, Sweden, and the order is worth<br />
around SeK 1 billion.<br />
Focus on Commercial Vehicles<br />
effective June <strong>2011</strong>, the new <strong>Haldex</strong> aB has had a<br />
strict focus on Commercial Vehicles. the three former<br />
divisions, traction Systems, Hydraulic Systems<br />
and Commercial Vehicles Systems, have been reorganized/divested<br />
to provide a clearer and more transparent<br />
investment proposal for all shareholders.<br />

<strong>Haldex</strong> completed the development of a new manufacturing<br />
site in Monterrey, Mexico, consolidating<br />
production form former sites in Monterrey, Iola,<br />
Kansas and Grand Haven, Michigan. this consolidation<br />
has resulted in an improved base to serve the n.<br />
america market, while supporting improvements in<br />

leading Chinese bus manufactures Suzhou Kinglong<br />
