by patterns or colors<br />

The CZ-H52 emits UV light from the <strong>tr</strong>ansmitter and detects the<br />

reflected light which was converted into visible light by the<br />

fluorescent material. Fluorescent materials and paints are normally<br />

invisible, however, they reflect visible light when UV light is applied.<br />

Applications<br />

Many targets contain fluorescent materials or paints. The fluorescence detection UV sensor may be able to detect targets which cannot be detected with<br />

photoelec<strong>tr</strong>ic sensors. Try your target in an actual situation.<br />

Detecting labels on white containers<br />

The fluorescent <s<strong>tr</strong>ong>com</s<strong>tr</strong>ong>ponent contained in a label is detected to check for<br />

the presence/absence of the label. Since the detection uses the<br />

fluorescent <s<strong>tr</strong>ong>com</s<strong>tr</strong>ong>ponents, it can stably detect even white labels on white<br />

containers.<br />

(package insert)<br />

The CZ-H52 detects the fluorescent <s<strong>tr</strong>ong>com</s<strong>tr</strong>ong>ponent contained in paper to<br />

check whether the ins<strong>tr</strong>uction sheet (package insert) is properly inserted<br />

into each medicine package.<br />

Detection of presence/absence of invisible print<br />

The CZ-H52 detects the presence or absence of the print in invisible ink<br />

which contains a fluorescent <s<strong>tr</strong>ong>com</s<strong>tr</strong>ong>ponent. The fluorescence detection<br />

UV sensor can stably detect print which cannot be detected with<br />

reflective type photoelec<strong>tr</strong>ic sensors.<br />

Checking grease application on ball bearings<br />

The grease application is checked by detecting the presence/absence of<br />

the fluorescent <s<strong>tr</strong>ong>com</s<strong>tr</strong>ong>ponent contained in it. Even glossy metal targets<br />
