that the skin electric current increases by efferent sympathetic nerve activity superiority. We gave experimental animal<br />

sympathicolytic drug and investigated skin electric current at that time.<br />

Methods: The experimental animals are hairless (depilation) Rats (HWY Hair-less Wistar Yagi / Slc). Administered<br />

drug is reserpine. Catecholamine group is made to be drained in this drug at the nervus sympathicus end and restrains<br />

the neural activity. Besides, dopamine and serotonin (in brain) are drained too, and Rats restrain spontaneous<br />

behavior. We performed a very small amount <strong>of</strong> reserpine (0.25mg/kg/daily) by oral administration for three days<br />

and made Rats sustained sympathetic nerve activity numerical inferiority. The spontaneous behavior in cage <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Rats were kept under observation for 24 hours. Before and after <strong>of</strong> experiment, we performed etherization on Rats<br />

and performed electrification (12V, 200 micro ampere) on inside / outside <strong>of</strong> the forelimb / hind leg (eight places) and<br />

measured skin electric current after 0.75 second electrification. This measurement is the same as the Ryodoraku<br />

meridian measurement. Results: After reserpine administration, the spontaneous behavior <strong>of</strong> Rats decreased in<br />
