RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN<br />
THE <strong>TOWNSHIP</strong> OF <strong>GLOUCESTER</strong> AND WPCS INC.<br />
WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of Gloucester, County of Camden,<br />
determined that there is a need for 3 year Radio Maintenance<br />
WHEREAS, sufficient funds have been provided, and<br />
WHEREAS, the Township Council received bids or quotes<br />
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of<br />
Gloucester that the proper Township Officials are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with<br />
WPCS Incorporated for 3 Year Radio Maintenance in the amount of $158,400.00 which was the<br />
lowest bid or quote received.<br />

WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of Gloucester, County of Camden,<br />
determined that there is a need for <strong>2010</strong> Dodge Pick Up Truck or equal<br />
WHEREAS, sufficient funds have been provided, and<br />
WHEREAS, the Township Council received bids or quotes<br />
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of<br />
Gloucester that the proper Township Officials are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with<br />
H.A. DeHart & Sons for <strong>2010</strong> Dodge Pick Up Truck or Equal in the amount of $48,960.00 which<br />
was the lowest bid or quote received.<br />
